About Megan

My name is Megan. I'm a mother of 3 kids. I'm a Southern California native but have been living in the PNW for about 11 years now. I used to be a teacher for most of my career from 2008 to 2018. I decided to take a break from teaching and have been doing a mixture of things. I am working towards getting my AA degree in DMA (Digital Media Arts), I also work as a warehouse worker for Amazon, I'm currently getting certified in Energy Medicine, and I do social media on my free time to share my perspective on life with others around the world.

I started to teach myself new skills such as cooking, making soap, lip balms, body butter and also candles about 3 years ago. I really  enjoy being creative and learning new things. It makes me feel good about myself to see myself go from wanting to do something to actually doing it. 
 
I am half Irish on my dad's side and Mexican and Native America on my mom's side. I'm the middle child of 3 kids. My parents are still married to this day, it will be 43 years this August 2025.

I played sports most of my life and also coached sports ever since I graduated High School in 2003. Softball is my main sport I love to play. I was on the 2001 Little League World Series team which was a very amazing experience to be a part of.

I grew up in the Catholic Church in Southern California. I did my 1st Communion in the 2nd grade, and I did my Confirmation when I was a senior in High School. 

My purpose for creating this website it to be able to connect with others outside of my immediate community. I've connected with people all around the world thanks to the internet and have made some pretty cool connections. Sometimes Therapy can be a bit scary for some people, as well as pricey, so I figured I'd open myself up to a bigger audience and see where it goes.
